Problem: All indicator lights in concentrator are off

Reasons: 1. without power  2. The power line isn’t connect well  3. Concentrator fault (crash or messy code)

Solution steps；1.Make sure if there is power cut. If yes, contact with related departments for power cut reasons, make a record, and check operation status of acquisition devices after power supply recovered.2.Check whether the power line connect well with the socket, or tighten the terminal screw and check with the multimeter to see whether the voltage meets the work needs. 3.Check whether the concentrator has been breakdown. Restart the concentrator and reset the parameters. After the metering is normal, focus on the terminal. If the problem occurs again soon, replace the terminal.If it cannot be solved after restart, replace it directly.
